Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hotel Kunal, we strive to provide the best experience for all our customers. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.


1. Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

  • Food Delivery Orders:
    we provide refunds if we’re unable to fulfill your order
  • Cancellations:
    All orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Ensure order is correct before order is placed 

2. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed and credited  back to the original method of payment, within 7- 10  business days to  your payment method.

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
  • If you paid by other methods (e.g., cash on delivery), we will arrange for a refund according to our internal process

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your food is delivered damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us immediately within 30 minutes  of receiving the order. We will resolve the issue by either issuing a full refund or sending a replacement order.
